Sorry about not posting anything yesterday my computer is being weird for some reason. So I will be combining my 2 post into 1 from yesterdays. So I did go to the gym yesterday and I was there for an hour which is a good start. I usually stay there for 2 hours, but since I just started to go back to the gym I want to start slow. I ran a mile and walked 3 laps before that then I did 2 miles on a bike which isn’t that much. I did 3 sets of 12 reps: crunches w/ legs straight and a 3 pound weight, legs up in the air 90 degree angle crunches w/ 3 pound weight, a 8 pound medicine ball side to side w/ legs slightly lifted, and 10 reps of girl push ups. Let me just say that I am sore from yesterday. :D As for food, I ate pretty well. I had cereal in the morning, 2 bowls of salad and 1 fried chicken for lunch/dinner (I ate at 3) Then at around 630 I had a small bowl of cereal again.
FYI: I am not eating or drinking dairy that much anymore and I am also not going to eat red meat anymore just chicken or turkey. I might not eat that much meat in general. lol
