Why is this hard for me?

I am so sorry but I can’t seem to keep my promises. I said I would post 2 messages a day and I can’t seem to do that. I hate this but I think I really need to start writing down my progress and pictures or else this won’t be for real to me.That would be my goal for right now. Tomorrow going for a run and then dying my hair burgundy! <3


How did today go?

Today went okay. I had starbucks but i did exercise and I am about to do more exercise. I had my first Pilates class today and I think I do more of them. I ran 2 miles and did 3 sets of 12 reps of ab exercise. I had subway with chips and 3 cookies. and then I had starbucks a few hours later. I needed something to distract because I was walking this 2 dogs and this random cat attack me and the dogs. I had to take 1 to the vet hospital because the cat bite his ear and for some reason the cat wanted to jump on me so I have this nail marks on my legs and I really hope I don’t get any diseases from that stupid cat. the good news is I got a call back from a vet hospital that applied for a few days ago! Right now I feel like doing a jackie warner or jillian micheal DVD but I just need to lay down for bit to relax my emotions.

Some crazy shit happened to be today!


How Did I Do? (yesterday)

Sorry about not posting anything yesterday my computer is being weird for some reason. So I will be combining my 2 post into 1 from yesterdays. So I did go to the gym yesterday and I was there for an hour which is a good start. I usually stay there for 2 hours, but since I  just started to go back to the gym I want to start slow. I ran a mile and walked 3 laps before that then I did 2 miles on a bike which isn’t that much. I did 3 sets of 12 reps: crunches w/ legs straight and a 3 pound weight, legs up in the air 90 degree angle crunches w/ 3 pound weight, a 8 pound medicine ball side to side w/ legs slightly lifted, and 10 reps of girl push ups. Let me just say that I am sore from yesterday. :D As for food, I ate pretty well. I had cereal in the morning, 2 bowls of salad and 1 fried chicken for lunch/dinner (I ate at 3)  Then at around 630 I had a small bowl of cereal again.

FYI: I am not eating or drinking dairy that much anymore and I am also not going to eat red meat anymore just chicken or turkey. I might not eat that much meat in general. lol

What do you guys think of my post?


I will be posting at least 2 post a day!

Ok so i just finished school and I start up school in July so from now to July i will be working my ass off everyday. I will be posting my progress and maybe put pictures after awhile. I don’t want to post my before picture until I achieve something good. I will post 2 post a day. One for eating and one for fitness. I will try my best to do this. Wish me luck!


Heading to the GYM!

It’s been awhile since I have been to the gym. I can start seeing the results from that. Now that I am starting to watch the USA women soccer team play it makes me realize how hard and determined they train. I am determine to do the same. Determined to succeed! Wish me luck! :)

New Fitness/Food Journal!!!

Okay so I asked my friend to order this Journal for my birthday and I called her to see what’s up and she received it in the mail. So I can wait for tomorrow cuz I will be going by her house to get it!!! I really do hope I use it since I have been waiting for it since February! I also have been reading this book called Performance Nutrition for Runners by Matt FitzGerald and he says in order to become a good runner we need to be have a lean body composition. We should have about ~14-20% of fat on us (in women& it is called an Athletic range)  He also states that a good way to accomplish our lean body composition is to have a journal. Therefore, we can see what we are doing wrong or right. As a result, I will be trying this out and I am a little excited for making a small change in my life. It may be a baby step, but you have to understand IHATEfood Journals!

So I will keep you posted on how well this goes! :)
